Northern Precision maintains stringent quality controls through advanced product quality planning. We operate an ISO 9001 Registered Quality Assurance Program supported by a Quality Control Manual. NPC test and measurement equipment is all traceable to NIST standards for precision.

During qualification, each part is subjected to dimensional and visual inspection. Complete chemical and physical analysis, including radiographic and magnetic or die penetrant inspection, are conducted as needed. Each part may be x-ray controlled to ensure the quality and integrity of NPC's investment castings process.

Quality systems are registered to ISO 9001-2008 by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. of Southfield, Michigan .

A manufacturer of precision ferrous and non-ferrous investment castings.

Every NPC employee is empowered and has the responsibility to halt further processing of suspected non-conforming product.

NPC employees receive complete indoctrination in ISO-9001, as well as the tools and the training to produce a quality "ready for use" product.
